Danceathon
A one-day dance activity in an exciting and creative way to get your employees involved while demonstrating your fun and inclusive culture. It’s a perfect opportunity for team bonding, boosting morale, and strengthening your employer brand by sharing fun moments on social media!
How to Participate
We have designed this initiative to engage employees in a thrilling dance routine that spreads organically across the organisation, creating buzz and excitement.
- Each participating company in the Great Place To Work Danceathon must be a Great workplace
- We encourage all employees to join in and showcase their dance moves, fostering inclusiveness, teamwork, and camaraderie.
- Each company is expected to introduce themselves in the recording before the dance, e.g. ‘We are Team ~company name~ ‘
Social Media Sharing: Capture and share the vibrant dance performances on social media platforms, amplifying the reach and showcasing your company's vibrant culture. Use the hashtag #GreatPlaceToWork #GPTWDanceathon and tag us.
The Great Place To Work Danceathon is scheduled to take place on Friday September 27th, 2024. A one-day activity.
Each Team chooses a minimum of 30 minutes between 8am – 5pm (e.g. 8:30am – 9am, 1:30pm – 2pm) for their Danceathon activity
Note: Companies might decide to allow its employees across different departments to dance simultaneously for 30 minutes or divide the 30 minutes amongst the different departments, e.g., 5 minutes for Admin, 5 minutes for Finance, etc.
