COVID-19 impacted corporate strategies and culture of organizations globally, creating a lot of uncertainties within management and employee circle. For Great Workplaces in Nigeria, it was an opportunity to be more creative, to look for new ways to take away the anxiety of its workers, and give them assurances of the future, to show industry leadership, to Inspire!

The levels of pride in these Nigerian organizations are on par with the World’s Best Workplaces, and in some cases exceeding the world's best. For these companies, employees are proud to tell others they work for their employer and feel a deep sense of pride in their company’s achievements.
